It's rhubarb time
Yeah!! We received some beautiful fresh local rhubarb yesterday.
I made some rhubarb muffins topped with cinnamon walnut streusel. These are so tasty.
We also have some mini vegan pizzas and i also made a gluten free vegan strawberry almond muffin that we had to try ( I believe in quality assurance lol) and Wow you would not know it was healthy and no butter or eggs!! Super moist and flavorful!! These will be made again.
I am working on a fruit tart or gallette with my fingered strawberry rhubarb jam which is cooking right now, you can smell this through the whole cafe!!
